Attorney Mustafa A. Latif is a native Houstonian, a first-generation Palestinian American, and a University of Houston Alumni (Go Coogs!).
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Houston Clear Lake while being on the Dean’s Honors list. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Mustafa was accepted into law school and received an academic scholarship for finishing his 1L year in the top 10% of his class. While in law school, Mustafa had the privilege of clerking for the Honorable Judge David Mendoza in the 178th Judicial District Court. He graduated with his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
As an Attorney, Mustafa has won hundreds of cases and put millions of dollars in his clients’ pockets. He has built a name for himself as a rising star in the Houston personal injury scene. He is one of the few attorneys under 40 who has won cases over a million dollars.
Over his career, Attorney Latif has experienced practicing on both sides of the bar. He started his legal career on the defense side where he defended large insurance companies against claims made by injured parties. Attorney Latif later transitioned to helping injured parties prosecute claims against insurance companies and other defendants. Having experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides makes Attorney Latif well-versed with the other side’s strategies and tactics. He has also built great relationships with attorneys on both sides, experts in all fields of medicine and accident reconstruction, mediators, and others.
Mustafa is a fierce advocate and sincerely passionate about ensuring his clients are fully compensated for their injuries. He builds genuine relationships with his clients, maintains excellent communication, and fights like hell to make sure his clients receive the maximum compensation for the injuries they have suffered.
