I wasn’t really happy with the process till Ayat took over my case. The 5 stars are for her. I actually had two different case managers before Ms. Ayat and the difference in communication and attention was night and day. The support in such a confusing and quite nerve-racking time when I needed it the most. Save their number in your phone - put it on speed dial. Attorneys who are low-key action heroes. In my case, a car wreck can throw your world upside down - and a simple call- the team was able to do the ‘thinking’ for me. At a time when you don’t have time to think of the little things - they get it done and have it covered. Give them a call for yourself. Hopefully you don’t have to - but save the number in your phone speed dial favorites right now. That’s once less thing you’ll have to worry about.
